Small Building Package
The preceding pricing is for All American Steel Buildings standard Garage packages.
The following packages are only available as described herein this and the following pages.

- Building widths are available in: 20, 24, and 28 foot.
- Building nominal Eave Heights of: 11’-8” (ceiling clear heights of: 10’-2”).
- Building roof slope: 4 on 12.
- All framed openings to be located on one or both end-walls (must provide sketch for location).
- All framed openings are centered on end-wall with the option of a single door or double door.
- Framed opening options are only available as described: 8x7, 8x8, 16x7, and 16x8.
- All accessories not listed herein must be ordered through the components department.
- Garage packages are only available in all Galvalume–plus or all Signature 200 standard colors.
- All sidewall panels are used as part of the building bracing. They must remain intact at all times for design purposes, except that one 3x7 walk door may be field located on each sidewall.
